ANC = WBC × (Seg(%) + Band(%)) / 100
[band(%) 측정이 불가한 경우] ANC = WBC × Neutrophil(%) / 100
총 백혈구 수 (WBC, /㎕) :
Neutrophil(%) :
ANC 1000 ~ 1500 : Mild neutropenia
ANC 500 ~ 1000 : Moderate neutropenia
ANC 500 미만 : Severe neutropenia (agranulocytosis)
